Overview

This project created 3,400 square feet of space to accommodate the offices for Technology Transfer and a new entrepreneurship laboratory (eLab) for the Bio-Pharma Alliances and Research Collaboration Department. The space includes offices, workstations, a conference room and pantry/kitchen area, as well as a large creative collaboration space for eLab. In order to improve efficiency, the two groups share conference rooms, workstations and other amenities. Facades, canopies and signage were installed on the storefront and existing spaces that Weill Cornell Medicine occupies on York Avenue.
