Overview

This project involved the build-out of approximately 7,000 SF of clinical space on the ground floor of a mid-rise commercial building. This new location will allow Weill Cornell’s Department of Ophthalmology to further expand its footprint in Lower Manhattan and the increased capacity will allow the department to continue to grow and take on new patients. The space will be occupied by 6-8 doctors sharing semi-private offices and twelve exam rooms. Additional features include:  staff amenities, nurses’ stations, treatment and specialty rooms, contact lens fitting room, check-in/out area, patient restrooms, and waiting areas.  The space has been outfitted with new clinical furnishings and clinical equipment commensurate with WCM standards.
