Overview
Located centrally on campus with access to the Belfer Research building via an exterior 2nd floor terrace, Lasdon House was a prime candidate for renovation to help meet the need for more academic faculty offices and new computational research space. This project entails the conversion of 4 floors of student housing residences into offices and dry lab research space as well as the renovation of the ground floor entrance lobby and a relocation of the existing student exercise room to a new floor. The construction encompassed the fit-out of approximately 60,000 SF of space.
