Overview

The growth of the Ronald O. Perelman and Claudia Cohen Center for Reproductive Medicine created the need for a larger clinical office in downtown Manhattan. 255 Greenwich Street was chosen as the location due to its proximity to other downtown WCM and NYPH facilities and the convenience of nearby public transportation for future patients. This project involved the fit-out of approximately 10,000 square feet of space. The goal was to provide clinical space for three doctors including private offices and two dedicated exam rooms per doctor. The additional shared nurses’ stations, treatment and phlebotomy rooms, patient coordination and front desk, waiting areas, meeting room, and staff lounge were outfitted with new clinical furnishings commensurate with WCM’s design standards.
